I build phone answering bots for clinics and trades businesses that miss calls while a technician is mid-job or a hygienist is with a patient. Using Twilio with OpenAI, the bot takes the call, books or reschedules against your calendar, and texts a confirmation, handing off to a human for anything unusual. Built one recently for a Bridgeland dental office that kept losing morning bookings to voicemail. I test extensively with real accents before launch, since a bot that mishears an appointment time is worse than no bot at all.
