I handle FAQ deflection and after-sales follow-up for small online brands shipping across Canada and the US. The setup answers the routine questions, order status, sizing, exchanges, and escalates only what actually needs a person, so a lean support team can keep up during growth spurts. I lean on existing tools where possible, an OpenAI layer on top of Shopify or Intercom, instead of overbuilding from scratch. I work in English, 한국어, and enough Français to support bilingual storefronts. Calm about scope, honest about what is not worth building yet.
