Build a follow-up agent for our roofing company

Project Description

Roofing and storm repair company out of Katy. We quote a lot of jobs after storms but our follow-up is terrible and estimates go cold fast. We want an agent that reads our inbox and texts, drafts a follow-up in plain English or Español depending on the customer, and books the inspection, with a human reviewing anything before it sends. Comfortable with OpenAI or Claude. Keep it simple and explainable, not a black box.
