Build an autonomous follow-up agent for our sales reps

Project Description

Small energy-sector startup based in Denver. Our reps are solid on calls but terrible at follow-up, so warm leads go cold within a week. We want an agent that watches our inbox, drafts context-aware follow-ups, and books meetings, with a human approval step at first while we build trust. We use HubSpot and would prefer something built on Claude or OpenAI rather than a black-box tool. Keep it tightly scoped; we do not want it emailing clients unsupervised on day one.
