Build a follow-up agent for our sales team

Project Description

Telecom services vendor selling into corporate accounts around Uptown Dallas. Our reps are strong on calls but weak on follow-up, so warm leads go cold within a week. We want an agent that monitors our inbox, drafts context-aware replies, and books meetings, with a human approval step at first while we build trust in it. We use HubSpot and would prefer Claude or OpenAI under the hood. Keep it tightly scoped; we don't want anything emailing clients unsupervised.
