I build AI phone answering and booking bots for restaurants and clinics that miss calls during rush hours. Using Twilio with OpenAI, the bot answers in English or 日本語, handles reservation and reschedule requests, and texts a confirmation right after. I built one for a Japantown izakaya that was losing dinner reservations to voicemail during the lunch shift. I test extensively with real accents and background noise before anything goes live, since a bot that mishears a request is worse than no bot at all. Booked a couple weeks out currently.
