I build website chatbots that answer real questions instead of looping customers through menus. Each bot is grounded in your actual policies and product pages, so it stops guessing, and hands off to a person when it is unsure. Most of my clients are fashion and retail shops around the Garment District that get the same sizing and shipping questions all day. Stack is usually OpenAI with a small vector store, embedded on Shopify or a custom site. I work in English and Español and include the first month of tuning at no extra cost.
