I modernize the aging internal systems that mid-size Manhattan and Jersey City firms have outgrown but are scared to touch. Usually that means wrapping an old database in a clean API, adding an AI search layer so non-technical staff can ask plain-English questions, and connecting it to whatever CRM they actually use day to day. I have done this for a logistics company and a property management firm, both running on software older than some of their employees. I migrate in careful stages, mostly on-site, since access to old systems matters more than remote convenience here.
