I set up FAQ deflection and after-sales follow-up for small online and local retail brands, mostly people shipping across Alberta and beyond who cannot staff a full support desk. The bot handles order status, sizing, and return questions, and escalates anything that sounds frustrated straight to a human. I build on top of tools you likely already pay for, a Shopify app or Intercom, plus an OpenAI layer, rather than starting from a blank canvas. I am upfront when a feature is not worth what it costs to build.
