I modernize old scheduling and billing systems for healthcare clinics around Downtown LA and Glendale that are stuck on software from a decade ago. Usually that means wrapping the existing database in a clean API, adding plain-English AI search so front desk staff can find a patient record without three clicks through old menus, and connecting it to whatever CRM the clinic actually uses now. I move in stages and test each one, since nothing can go down mid-week for a working clinic. Mostly on-site for these, because access and compliance both matter.
