I build website chatbots that actually answer customers instead of looping them back to a contact form. Each bot is grounded in your real policies and product docs so it stops guessing, then hands off to a human the moment it is unsure. Most of my clients are outdoor gear and home services businesses fielding the same shipping and scheduling questions all day. Stack is usually OpenAI plus a small vector store, embedded on Shopify or a custom site. I work in English and Español and keep the first month of tuning included.
