I set up bilingual phone answering and booking bots for restaurants and clinics that miss calls during their busiest hours. The bot answers in English or Español, takes a reservation or appointment request, and texts a confirmation, with anything unusual routed straight to staff. I built one recently for a Buckhead restaurant that was losing weekend bookings during the dinner rush. I test heavily with real accents and background noise before launch, since a bot that mishears an order is worse than no bot at all.
