I set up AI phone answering for clinics and salons around Uptown and Deep Ellum that miss calls during their busiest hours. Built on Twilio with OpenAI, the bot answers, handles reschedule requests, and texts a confirmation once the visit is locked in. I built one for a walk-in dermatology clinic that was losing morning bookings while staff were still with patients. I test heavily against real accents and background noise before anything goes live, since a bot that mishears a name is worse than a missed call. Booked a couple of weeks out.
