I set up AI phone answering and booking bots for clinics and small medical practices that miss calls during busy morning hours. Using Twilio with OpenAI, the bot answers in English or Español, handles appointment requests, and texts the patient a confirmation. Built one for a family practice near Somerville that was losing new-patient calls to voicemail. I test heavily with real accents and noisy backgrounds before launch, a phone bot that mishears an address is worse than no bot at all. Booking a couple of weeks out currently.
