Need a multilingual phone bot for our dental office

Project Description

Our dental office near the Sunset District misses a lot of calls during busy hours and patients rarely leave a voicemail. We want an AI phone bot that answers in English, 中文, and Español, handles booking and reschedule requests, and texts a confirmation right after the call. It needs to hand off cleanly to the front desk for anything complicated. Twilio and OpenAI are fine if that is your usual stack. Please test thoroughly on real accents before we go live.
