Need a bilingual phone bot for our restaurant

Family restaurant in Boyle Heights and we lose reservations every weekend because the one phone line is always busy during dinner rush. Want an AI phone bot that takes bookings in English or Español, texts the guest a confirmation, and hands off anything unusual to the manager's cell. Twilio and OpenAI are both fine if that is your stack. Please test thoroughly with real accents before we go live, we would rather wait an extra week than launch something that mishears people.
