Build an autonomous support triage agent

Project Description

Series A startup based in Palo Alto. Our two-person support team is buried in tickets that mostly repeat the same handful of issues. We want an agent grounded in our docs and past resolutions that can answer directly or route with a clear summary attached when it cannot. Prefer Claude or OpenAI with a real evaluation step before this touches live customers. We want this explainable, not a black box making promises to customers.
