Build a follow-up agent for our real estate team

Project Description

Small real estate office in the San Fernando Valley. Leads come in from Zillow and our site but agents are slow to follow up once things get busy, so warm buyers go quiet. We want an agent that drafts a first response and reminds the agent if a lead has not heard back in a few days, with a human approval step for anything that sends automatically. Español fluency from whoever we hire is a big plus since a lot of our clients prefer it.
