Project Description

Logistics brokerage near the port with years of contracts, rate sheets, and procedures scattered across shared drives. Dispatch and support staff waste real time hunting for the right document. We want an internal RAG tool that answers only from our own files and clearly shows its source. Accuracy matters far more than speed here since staff will rely on it during time-sensitive calls. Pinecone or Supabase both fine. On-site kickoff near SoDo preferred.
