RAG knowledge base for our lab's protocol documents

Early-stage biotech in Kendall Square with years of lab protocols, SOPs, and regulatory notes spread across shared drives and old binders. Our research associates waste real time hunting for the right version of a procedure. We want an internal RAG search tool grounded strictly in our own documents, nothing invented. Accuracy matters far more than speed here; we need to trust it before staff rely on it day to day. Pinecone or Supabase is fine. On-site kickoff in Cambridge preferred.
