Project Description
Our clinic in Mile End misses a lot of calls during busy hours and patients just hang up. We want an AI phone bot that answers in French or English, handles booking and reschedule requests, and texts a confirmation right after. Anything too complex should route to reception. Twilio plus OpenAI is fine if that is your usual stack. Please test thoroughly on real Quebecois French accents before we go live.
