Need a multilingual phone bot for our medical practice

Project Description

Our clinic in Chinatown misses a lot of calls during morning rush and patients give up rather than wait. We want an AI phone bot that answers in English and 中文, handles booking and reschedule requests, and texts a confirmation afterward. It should hand off to the front desk for anything complicated. Twilio plus OpenAI is fine if that is your usual stack. Please be thorough testing with real accents before we put it live with patients.
