Bilingual phone bot for our dental clinic

Project Description

Our clinic near South Congress misses a lot of calls during busy afternoons and patients often do not call back. We want a phone bot that answers in English and Español, handles booking and reschedule requests, and texts a confirmation right after. It should transfer to the front desk for anything it cannot handle. Twilio and OpenAI are fine if that is your usual stack. Please test thoroughly with real accents before we go live.
