The agent monitors the inbox, drafts a reply grounded in your product docs, and books time on the calendar, with a human approval step until the team trusts it. Stack is usually OpenAI or Claude with n8n handling the orchestration and HubSpot on the CRM side. Most of my clients are early-stage Seattle tech companies who want something narrow and debuggable, not a black box. I keep scope tight on purpose so nobody is surprised by what the agent sends.
