I design autonomous agents for e-commerce and hospitality operators in Washington Heights and the Bronx who need more done with a small team. A recent build: one agent monitors inventory and reorders from suppliers, another drafts customer replies for review before sending. Stack is usually OpenAI or Claude with n8n handling the orchestration and approvals. I keep a human in the loop until the client trusts the agent, then loosen the leash gradually. I work in English and Español, which covers most of my client base directly.
