I set up RAG knowledge bases for financial and legal teams in the Financial District who are drowning in compliance PDFs and old memos. The build is usually Supabase or Pinecone for vectors, Claude or GPT on top, and a plain internal search box that cites the source document. I have done this for a boutique law firm and a fintech compliance team, both of which needed answers they could actually trust, not confident guesses. I spend real time evaluating accuracy before anyone relies on it in client work.
