I build simple dashboards and sales analysis for restaurant groups and small retail chains across LA, usually pulling from Square, Toast, or QuickBooks into one weekly view an owner can actually read over coffee. Most clients have never had real numbers before, just gut feeling and a bank balance, so I start small: which locations and dayparts are actually profitable. I keep everything in Google Sheets or a light BI tool rather than something that needs a data analyst to maintain. I explain findings in English or Español depending on who I am talking to.
