I build workflow automation for e-commerce and fashion brands shipping out of the Fashion District downtown, connecting Shopify, supplier sheets, and returns handling so restocks and refunds stop needing a person to babysit them. For a couple of bigger clients I have added a small RAG layer over their size charts and material specs so support can answer product questions without escalating. Tools are mostly n8n and OpenAI, sometimes Airtable as the source of truth. I like builds I can hand off cleanly, with a short doc and a screen-share walkthrough included.
