I set up follow-up automation for real estate agents and small property management offices across the San Fernando Valley. The usual build is an agent that reads new lead forms, drafts a first response, and nudges the agent if a lead has gone quiet for three days, all wired through n8n and whatever CRM the office already pays for. I keep a human approval step on anything that goes out under an agent's name, since real estate clients get nervous about that. I run calls in English or Español and reply the same day almost always.
