I build reporting pipelines for medical practices and specialty clinics near the Texas Medical Center that are still exporting billing data into Excel by hand every week. My builds pull from the practice management system and insurance portals, reconcile the numbers, and push a plain-language summary to the office manager every Monday. Tools are usually n8n and OpenAI, with whatever spreadsheet or CRM the practice already runs. I am careful with anything touching patient billing data and always scope access tightly. Remote, with on-site for kickoff meetings.
