I modernize the old internal systems that mid-size Fort Worth and Dallas firms have outgrown but can't easily replace. Usually that means wrapping a decade-old database in a clean API, adding an AI search layer so staff can ask questions in plain English, and connecting it to whatever CRM or accounting tool the company actually uses now. I have done this for a distribution company and a property management office, both stuck on software installed before I started my career. I move in careful stages so nothing breaks mid-quarter. Mostly on-site for these engagements.
