I set up AI phone answering and booking bots for restaurants and clinics around Pilsen and Little Village that miss calls during the dinner or lunch rush. Using Twilio with OpenAI, the bot answers in English or Español, takes reservation or appointment requests, and texts a confirmation right after. I built one for a family restaurant on 18th Street that was losing weekend bookings because the one phone line was always busy. I test with real accents and background kitchen noise before anything goes live, since a bot that mishears an order is worse than no bot.
