I build reporting pipelines that run themselves for logistics and distribution companies around the industrial corridors near Midway. For one freight brokerage, I set up an agent that pulls load data, fuel costs, and driver hours into a weekly dashboard with a plain-language note on what changed and why margins moved. Tools are n8n and OpenAI, plus whatever warehouse or spreadsheet system the client already has. I am an engineer first, so I will tell you when a scheduled script beats an agent for the job.
