I set up dashboards for small businesses sitting on years of sales data they have never actually looked at closely. Typical project pulls from POS or Shopify, cleans it up, and builds a dashboard that shows what is actually selling, to whom, and when, rather than a wall of numbers nobody opens twice. Clients include a couple of retail shops and a growing tech startup diversifying out of oil and gas services. I use straightforward BI tools over custom builds unless the volume genuinely needs it. Remote-first.
