I set up bilingual phone-answering and booking bots for restaurants and clinics that lose calls during lunch and dinner rush. Built on Twilio and OpenAI, the bot answers in English or Español, takes reservation or appointment requests, and texts a confirmation right after. I built one for a South Congress taqueria that was missing weekend to-go orders during the rush. I stress-test with real accents and background noise before anything goes live, since a bot that mishears an order is worse than no bot at all.
