I design narrow, debuggable autonomous agents, not do-everything bots. A recent build for an East Austin real estate team reads inbound inquiries, drafts a personalized reply in English or Español, and schedules a showing once the lead confirms interest, with a human approval step for the first few weeks. Stack is usually Claude plus n8n for orchestration. I came out of the SXSW startup scene and still work mostly with early-stage founders who want something they can inspect line by line, not a black box.
