Need a multilingual phone bot for our dental clinic

Project Description

Our clinic misses a good number of calls during busy hours, and patients just hang up rather than leave a voicemail. Looking for an AI phone bot that answers in English, 粤语, and 中文, handles booking and reschedule requests, and texts a confirmation right after. Needs to hand off to our front desk for anything complicated. Twilio plus OpenAI is fine if that is your usual stack. Please test thoroughly with real accents before we put it live with patients.
