RAG search tool for our clinic's policy documents

Project Description

Multi-location clinic with years of insurance policies, intake forms, and billing procedures scattered across shared drives. Front desk staff waste real time hunting for the right answer. We want an internal search tool grounded only in our own documents so it does not make things up, with an accuracy check before staff can rely on it day to day. Pinecone or Supabase is fine. Prefer someone who can do an on-site kickoff at our Downtown LA location.
