Our restaurant near the Mahatma Gandhi District misses calls constantly during dinner rush and customers give up rather than leave a voicemail. We want an AI phone bot that answers in English or Tiếng Việt, takes reservations, and texts a confirmation, then hands off to staff for anything complicated. Twilio plus OpenAI is fine if that is your usual stack. Please test thoroughly with real accents before we put it live, we cannot afford it mishearing orders.
