RAG knowledge base for our clinic's patient policies

Project Description

Small family clinic with years of patient intake forms, insurance policies, and procedure notes scattered across shared drives and old PDFs. Front desk staff waste real time hunting for answers during appointments. We want an internal search tool, grounded only in our own documents, that answers reliably in English and Español. Accuracy matters far more than speed since staff need to trust it. Supabase or Pinecone both fine. Would like an on-site kickoff to walk through our current filing mess.
