Project Description

Import and distribution company based in Plano with years of supplier contracts, product specs, and customs paperwork scattered across shared drives. Our staff waste real time hunting for the right document. We want an internal search tool grounded strictly in our own files, working reliably in English and 中文. Accuracy matters more than speed since staff need to trust it before relying on it. Pinecone or Supabase is fine. On-site kickoff in Plano preferred.
