RAG search over our licensing and vendor contracts

Project Description

We are a recording studio with years of licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and artist paperwork scattered across shared drives and old email threads. We want an internal search tool grounded only in our own documents so staff can find the right clause without digging for an hour. Accuracy matters more than speed since these are legal terms. Supabase or Pinecone is fine. Would like an on-site kickoff at our Midtown office.
